What data we process
We only process the data you provide to us yourself via the contact form, the order or quotation form, phone or email: name, address details, phone number, email address and the content of your request (such as the composition from the configurator).
What we use your data for
Your data is used to contact you, prepare a quotation, execute the agreement (delivery and installation) and comply with legal obligations such as the fiscal retention obligation.
Retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary. Quotation requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted after two years at the latest. Invoices and administration are kept for seven years in accordance with the legal retention obligation.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared when necessary for the execution of the agreement (for example a carrier) or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies
